Whale Island Resort (Decouvrir)

Two hours north of Nha Trang is the Whale Island: transparent water, coral and coconut trees underline the tropical exoticism. This area was uncovered while cruising through the area. To settle here was not easy, but it's paradisical atmosphere was worth it.

The twenty traditional bungalows were constructed with bamboo furnished with single or double beds covered with floating a mosquito net. Feel the island life while a cool breeze from your fan touches your skin.

The restaurant serves fresh caught that day so varies accordinly: swordfish, barracuda, grouper, tuna, crab, shrimps and shellfish are delivered every morning by fishermen.The Vietnamese cuisine that is famous all over the world will be served to you. we will propose you the best of it with a new set up menu every day. Vegetarian dishes also available on request.

At the end an active or idle day, you can enjoy the sunset over the Cordillere from the terrace of the bar.

To transfer you from the isolated island, there are renewed traditional fishing boats for your transfer from the mainland, or to reach dive sites. The speedboats are available for your transportation, to or from the island at any time of the day. Catamarans, wind surfers and canoes are available.

The underwater landscape at Whale Island makes diving spectacular. The diversity of coral as well as the mass of marine fauna, like nudibranches, contribute to the reputation of this place. PADI instructors guide you through dives at Hon Trau Nam, Hon Kho Trang, Hon Tai and in the pass of Cua Be with its angels fishes of more than 40cm, its sting rays other leopard rays and more. The diving is practiced from January 15 to October 15.

Late check out policy:
- Late check-out between 12:00 and 18:00 = 50% of the contraced rate.
- Late check-out after 18:00 = 100% of the contracted rate.

Policy on children staying with parents:
- Extra bed for child under 12 years old = %$USD20.00 with meals.
- Extra bed for child under 5 years old = $USD10.00 with meals.

Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made within 7 days = 50% of one night's accommodation.
- Cancellations made within 10 days of arrival = 50% of one night's accommodation.
- Cancellations made within one day of arrival, or no-shows = 100% of one night's accommodation charged.

Nightly Rates Include
- Two ways of minibus transportation from Nhatrang (or Cam Ranh Airport) and boat from Dam Mon and back,
- Three daily meals and one night in bungalow, and
- All taxes and service charges.
