- From 13:00 - 15:00: 30% of the room rate will be charged
- From 15:00 - 18:00: 50% of the room rate will be charged
- After 6 pm are charged 100% of the room rate.
Early Check-in:
- From 5:00 - 9:00: 50% of the room rate will be charged
- From 9:00 - 12:00: 30% of the room rate will be charged
Accommodation is free for maximum 2 children under 10 years sharing the bed with their parents.
All cancellations should be notified 7 days before the arrival date. In case of no-shows, guests will be charged 100% of the booking fee.
The policy is flexible up to peak season.
An additional 7 USD will be added to the room rate for the following days:
- The New year : January 1st to 11th January : 10 nights
- King Hung anniversary ( March 10th of Lunar Year ) :From April 24th to April 26th : 2 nights
- From the December 28th 2010 to the January 1st of 2011 : 4 nights.
Room rate above will be charged an additional 20% on these days:
- Tet Holidays ( January 02nd to the January 7th of Lunar Year ): 5 nights
- Victory & International Labour day ( April 30th to the May 3rd ): 3 days
- Compulsory dinner on December 24 and December 31, price at 400.000 vnd/adult and 250.000vnd/child.
