Late check out policy:
- Late check-out between 12:00 and 18:00 will be charged 50% of the contraced rate.
- Late check-out after 18:00 will be charged the full contracted rate for an additional night.

- One child under 12 years old is free of charge when sharing bed with parents.
- Breakfast for children under 12 years old is $USD15.00/day.

Cancellation Policy:
- No charge will be levied on cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the check-in date.
- Cancellations made between 6 and 1 day(s) before arrival incur a 25% of the total booking amount of a room reserved for 1 night only cancellation fee.
- No-show will be charged 100% of the total booking amount of a room reserved for 1 night only cancellation fee.
