Perfume Grass Inn has been welcoming guests from around the world since January 2001. In 2003, the hotel underwent a complete renovation to increase the number of rooms. Its amenities ensure it is a great place to stay for both leisure and business.
All the rooms include air conditioning control system, fan, satellite TV with international channels, wireless internet access, private ensuite bathroom, electronic safe, refrigerator, coffee and tea making facilities and mini bar. The non-smoking rooms come with a smoke detector.

Late check-outs:
- between 1 pm and 2 pm are charged 20% of the room rate
- between 2 pm and 4 pm are charged 30% of the room rate
- between 4 pm and 6 pm are charged 50% of the room rate
- after 6 pm are charged 100% of the room rate.
If a cancellation is made:
- at least three days prior to arrival, then no fee is charged
- two days before arrival, then 50% of total booking is charged
- one day before arrival, then 100% of total booking is charged. The same applies to no-shows.
