Late check-outs:
- between 1 pm and 2 pm are charged 20% of the room rate
- between 2 pm and 4 pm are charged 30% of the room rate
- between 4 pm and 6 pm are charged 50% of the room rate
- after 6 pm are charged 100% of the room rate.
If a cancellation is made:
- at least three days prior to arrival, then there is no charge
- two days before arrival, then 50% of the total booking is charged
- one day before arrival (or in the case of no-shows), then 100% of booking amount is charged.
