The following rules apply in case of late check-outs:
- Late check-outs before 6:00 pm incur a 50% charge of one night's accommodation
- late check-outs after 6:00 pm incur a 100% charge of one night's accommodation.
The following rules apply in case of cancellations:
- Cancellations made before 8 days prior to arrival incur no charge
- cancellations made within 7 days prior to arrival incur a 50% charge of one night's accommodation
- cancellations made within 5 days of check-in date, or no-shows, incur a 100% charge of one night's accommodation.

A surcharge of US $25 net per room per night will be applicable for the following peak periods:

- Lunar New Year : 24-28 January, 2009 & 12-16 February, 2010
- Easter: 10-13 April, 2009 & 02-05 April, 2010
- Other public holidays in Vietnam: 30 April-3 May, 2009/2010 & 1-2 September 2009/2010.
